 At SHOP LXRY, each item is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
